In most states there is no special license required. We only advertise the repossessions while the lender and the buyer complete the transaction. Our buyer can feel comfortable dealing with us! We never collect and money or personal information from our customers. All payment, transfer of title, collection of taxes for registration are conducted by the lender or legal owner.
